GoCircular: For a Future with Less Waste

Sino Property Services integrates waste management practices into all aspects of its daily operations, and organises programmes and initiatives to educate and engage employees, customers and tenants in waste reduction, recycling and upcycling efforts. In line with the GoCircular platform, a Group-wide programme aims to foster a circular economy by encouraging communities to “reduce, reuse, and recycle”.

  • GoCircular Corners: Located at One North, Skyline Tower and Sino Plaza, GoCircular Corners serve as a leisure area for our tenants and customers, while engaging them in circular economy practices. The seating areas are designed and constructed using EcoBricks, upcycled from seven types of plastic waste. Recycling bins, made entirely from 100% recycled waste collected by V Cycle, provide an easy, accessible way for tenants to sort three types of plastic waste. The corner also serves as an information hub, raising awareness about how small green actions can collectively create a big impact.
  • Central Recycle Stations: Located in common areas at Grand Central, Landmark South and One North, our user-friendly Central Recycle Stations collect a wide variety of materials, including Tetra Pak containers, toner cartridges, glass bottles, fluorescent lights and tubes, and metals. These stations are designed to make recycling easier for residents and tenants, thus helping to reduce carbon emissions and promote low-carbon living.
  • Upcycled Furniture: In collaboration with like-minded partners, we transform discarded materials into functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture pieces, which are displayed at our properties. These projects enrich our neighbourhoods and promote environmental awareness, including modular furniture made from upcycled plastic at China Hong Kong City, an upcycled bench “In the Mountains” at Landmark South, and upcycled public seating at Lee Tung Avenue
    and more.
