Sino Property Services Introduces Locally Manufactured Electric Shuttle Bus – A Step Forward in Greener Operations

Sino Property Services is committed to building a greener future by incorporating the latest eco-friendly practices into its operations. Recently, a locally manufactured electric shuttle bus – measuring 8 metres in length and accommodating 28 passengers - has been introduced at Skyline Tower and now operates between Skyline Tower and Kai Tak MTR Station. The new shuttle bus is expected to reduce carbon emissions by approximately 63,900 kg per year, equivalent to the amount of carbon dioxide absorbed by planting 2,778 trees. To further support the initiative, enhanced on-site charging infrastructure has been installed to ensure efficient operation.
