Sino Property Services has become the pioneering property management company in Hong Kong to implement Virtual Reality (VR) Cave system for safety training, introducing an innovative approach to immersive learning and risk prevention.
Developed in collaboration with Sino Inno Lab and VTM Digital, the VR- based safety training places colleagues in realistic, high-risk building scenarios – such as confined spaces, mobile metal scaffolds and suspended working platforms – using 3D projection and interactive controls. These modules go beyond conventional briefings, helping teams to rehearse procedures, witness instant consequences and consolidate safe behaviours in a controlled, danger-free environment.
After a year of integration, the VR approach has strengthened safety awareness and reinforced a consistent safety culture across our managed properties, supporting more reliable operations on site.
